Turbocharging Professional Development

1. We have to measure the PD that we are doing.
2. We need to differentiate: Not everyone will learn well online.
3. Learning, Implementation, and Reflection (How it changed the way they teach?)
4. Teacher Learning Cooperatives
5. Online courses collect data much more quickly.
6. Get teachers to teach the PD via technology.
7. ONline teachers tend to know students better when teachers use online environment (research-based)
8. The expert co-teaching....expert teaches all classes and the other teachers facilitate room.
